HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
- Click the Person Icon in the upper left hand corner of the website.
- Click Sign In. Then click the Forgot Your Password? link
- Enter the email address associated with your customer account, then click Reset Password. If a valid email address was submitted, you will see a "Thank you" message.
- Within 5 minutes you should receive an email with the subject line, Password change request for Golf4Her. Click the link in that email.
- Enter your new password twice, once in the New Password field, and a second time in the Confirm Password field, then click Continue. You should see "Your password has been successfully updated."
CAN’T LOG IN. SAYS I HAVE AN ACCOUNT BUT I NEVER CREATED A PASSWORD.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place your order online, over the phone by calling (973) 343-2852: Option #1
- Create/Log into your Golf4Her.com account - click here
- Add your favorite items into your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click the shopping cart icon in the upper right hand corner of the website.
- Enter your billing and shipping address when prompted. Please note, your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. If not, the transaction will be declined.
- Enter your promotion code or gift cards on the Order Summary Page (prior to completing your order)
- Within a few moments, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account.
- Your order may arrive in multiple packages, therefore, you will receive an email with tracking number for each package heading your way.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS + PRICE MATCHING?
- If an item is marked down (put on sale) within 24 hours of your order date, we will provide you with a price adjustment. But you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Coupons codes can only be used on orders during the promotion period. We cannot adjust orders placed before and after the promotion period.
- If you placed a qualifying order and did not apply the promotion code, we would be happy to make the adjustment for you. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Items that end in $.99 are final sale and are not eligible for a price adjustment.
- We do not price match.
- Loyaltee Rewards Points have to be applied to orders at the time of purchase. We are unable to adjust orders with Rewards Points.
If the price adjustment brings your order total below the free shipping threshold of $125, your order will be adjusted and the shipping rate of $8.95 will be applied to your order.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Our goal is to process your order right away. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Concierge Team within 30-minutes of placing your order. If your order has been sent to the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. You can simply return it for a full refund. B-Skinz are all made-to-order and cannot be canceled once they have been sent to production.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTY AND TAXES ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Yes. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Golf4Her cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment. Please note that we are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as or report incorrect values.
