While things are uncertain out there, one thing is clear, the health and well-being of our customers and staff is our number one priority. We are actively monitoring updates regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are following precautions and guidelines provided by the CDC and public officials.
Effective, Monday March 23, our Customer Concierge Team is working remotely and available via email and Live Chat. This enables us to continue serving you online. Therefore, may experience delays in responding to voicemail messages. Our retail boutique is temporarily closed but warehouses remain open but operating with limited staff and resources. Therefore, we do ask that you have patience with us as things are changing day-to-day. We're doing the best we can in world of so many unknowns.
But we are confident that by sticking together and supporting small businesses, we will all emerge from this stronger than before.
