Returns are experiencing delayed up to 2-3 weeks due to high volume, reduced staff and additional safety precautions taken by shipping carriers and our Return Department.
How to Make a Return or Exchange:
We hope you love what you ordered. But sometimes it's a little too big or the style just isn't what you expected. We will be happy to send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a full refund back to your credit card. Full details of our Term & Conditions can be found at the bottom of this page.
We offer free return shipping if you need to make an exchange for a different color or size or would like store credit towards your next order. Simply contact our Customer Concierge Team and we will place a new order for you. Promotional codes or discounts used on your original order can only be applied to the same style in another size or color. If you choose to exchange the item for a different style all together, the discount cannot be transferred.

- We will place the exchange order for you and bill your credit card for the new item.
- Once the exchange is placed, you will receive an email from us that contains your pre-paid USPS label.
- Only one (1) return label will be provided per order, so please try on all of your new merchandise before making your exchange.
- The moment your original merchandise is received and processed by our Returns Department, a refund will immediately be issued back to the original method of payment.
RETURN FOR REFUND:
If you are returning your merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the return postage. For your convenience, we would be happy to provide you a USPS return label and deduct the postage from your refund.
- Package your merchandise securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your invoice/packing slip with a note as to why the items are being returned. We suggest waiting until you receive all of the merchandise in your order before shipping back your items.
- Ship all merchandise to Golf4Her at the address below. Use a credible and trackable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Golf4Her is not responsible for missing packages being returned to us and does not insure the contents of any returned packages. We recommend USPS, you can give it to your mail carrier or drop it off at your local post office.
- Your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment once it has been received and inspected by our warehouse. Depending on your credit card, refunds can take 1-billing cycle to post to your account.

RETURN TO OUR DENVILLE STORE
You can return merchandise purchased online to our retail store located at 54 Diamond Spring Road, Denville, New Jersey. You must present your order confirmation/receipt along with the merchandise. Gifts purchased online cannot be returned in the store without a receipt/order confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Review our return prior to shipping merchandise back to us.
- International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
- If you need to make an exchange, a new order must be placed. Postage will be applied to new order. At this time, international orders do not qualify for free shipping on exchange orders.
- Items being shipped back to Golf4Her should be marked “Returns of no commercial value” for entry to the USA.
- Returns will not be accepted by Golf4Her.com if shipped COD (cash on delivery).
- It is recommended that packages are shipped insured and with signature required as the package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the Golf4Her Returns Department
- Credit will not be issued on any shipping or duty fees incurred for either the outgoing shipment or incoming shipment. This is the financial responsibility of the customer.

Prior to returning your merchandise, please review our the terms and conditions.
- You have up to 30 days to return your merchandise for a full refund.
- Returns received after 30 days will be issued as store credit at the sale price.
- Returns received after 90 days will not be accepted and returned to the sender.
- Final Sale items end in ($.99) and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Merchandise must be in their original, new and unworn condition along with the original packaging, paperwork, accessories (like undershorts) and tags must be attached. No exceptions. Please refrain from wearing your cute outfit and returning it, we can tell if it's been worn.
- Please use caution with trying on your new items. Items returned damaged or not suitable for re-sale will not be accepted. This includes items returned with make-up/tanning cream stains, pet hair, or perfume/cigarette fumes.
- Custom embroidery or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If a custom B-Skinz skort is returned, your refund will be deducted the customization charges.
- Golf bags, shoes or golf clubs do not qualify for free return/exchange shipping.
- Refunds will be issued back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
- Refused or unclaimed packages - If you refuse or if your package is returned because it was unclaimed, store credit will be issued for the unclaimed merchandise - less the shipping cost. No exceptions. All merchandise must be returned to Golf4Her, even if your merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse and arrived in multiple packages. You can ship it all back to us in one package.
- Refused packages will not be accepted and we be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
NEED TO RETURN A GIFT?
Yikes, did you get a gift that you need to return? It happens. You can return it for store credit in the full amount paid for the merchandise. Please have the order number or name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Items cannot be returned without an order number/receipt or the name of the person who gifted the item. If an exchange is needed, a new order must be placed (see Exchanges above)
RETURNING AN ITEM YOU PURCHASED WITH REWARDS OR PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARD?
If you return merchandise purchased with Reward Points, the dollar value of the reward(s) allocated to item(s) returned will be converted to Reward Points and credited to your Golf4Her account within the next 2 billing cycles. If you did not use your account, or if your account is closed, the dollar value of the Reward Point(s) allocated to the item(s) returned will not be refunded or credited.
If you received a promotional coupon or gift card from Golf4Her, it cannot be used to purchase gift cards, has no cash value and is not redeemable or returnable for cash. Coupons cannot be used with a Golf4Her employee discount. We will not replace promotional coupon or gift cards that are lost, stolen or damaged.
