    • Saturday delivery may not be available for certain remote locations. 
  • Express 1-Day Delivery Please call for rates and availability at (973) 343-2852. Orders ship from various warehouses around the country, as a result, Express (1-Day) delivery may not always be available. Please contact us if you need a rushed delivery. We will always do our best to help you receive your merchandise when you need it.

    • Live UPS International Expedited rates are based on size and weight of the order. 

Multiple Packages: Because we partner with a variety of designers, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If you would like your items to bundled and shipped together, please let us know by adding a note in the comment box at checkout. Please add 3-5 business days to the "Processing" time. 

Shipping Surcharge on Golf Bags & Push Carts: $18.95 - $24.95
Due to the rising cost of shipping, golf bags, clubs and push carts are excluded from free shipping and can no longer be shipped internationally. The flat rate surcharge will be applied to any order containing oversized items such as golf clubs, bags, travel bags and push carts shipping to US domestic addresses. If you are interested in ordering these items for international delivery, please contact us for a quote. 



  • PROCESSING: Orders are processed within 24-28 hours unless otherwise noted. 
    This is the time it takes the warehouse to process, package and ship your merchandise. The processing time is indicated as 'Availability' on the page of the item you are ordering; this varies by manufacturers warehouse. Orders placed after 3:00PM (ET) will be processed on the next business day. 

  • TRANSIT/DELIVERY: within 3-5 business days from the time the carrier picks up the parcel. [Monday-Friday]
    Transit time starts once the package is picked up by the carrier. This is the amount of time your package is in transit from the warehouse to you. Length of transit time depends on the distance between the warehouse and when the package is being delivered. 

While we depend and trust delivery carriers, issues can occur on occasion.

  • DELIVERY DELAYS: is not responsible for any delays in delivery times once the package has been tendered to the carrier. Any communications indicating an estimated delivery date is provided using the carrier’s estimate of when a shipment will deliver at that point in time.
  • DELIVERY ISSUES: is not responsible for lost or stolen goods once they are shipped. will not honor any claims for lost or stolen items once they are shipped and have been confirmed "delivered" by Fed Ex, UPS or USPS.At this time, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for these types of issues. 

    If documentation shows your package has been delivered, we recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby or with others in your household. You can also contact the carrier directly to file a claim:
  • International packages may take 7 to 10 days to ship.
  • To view shipping rates, add merchandise to your shopping cart, click View Cart. Then select your country in the dropdown box.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
  • Due to the rising cost of shipping, golf bags, clubs and push carts are excluded from international shipping without obtaining a shipping quote first.
Golf4Her is not responsible for these charges. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's laws. 
  • Customer is responsible for paying duties, taxes and brokerage fee on merchandise. 

  • Customer will receive an email from UPS prior to the delivery to pay this charge via credit card. Golf4Her cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office prior to placing the order. 

  • In the event the customer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment or deducted from the refund. We are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as or report incorrect values. 

  • Duties and taxes are not refundable, even in the event of a refused delivery. If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for any additional duties and taxes on returned items, as well as the original and return shipping fees that are incurred. 

  • Golf4Her is prohibited by law from lowering or changing the amounts for any declared values, so please do not ask.
