    Express (1-Day) Delivery

    • Orders ship from multiple warehouses nationwide. As a result, 1-Day Express delivery may not always be available.

    Multiple Package Shipments

    Some items may ship separately depending on the designer or warehouse location.
    If you prefer to have your entire order shipped together, leave a note at checkout.
    Please allow 3–5 additional business days for combined shipping requests.


    Oversized Item Surcharge (Golf Bags & Push Carts)

    • A flat-rate shipping surcharge of $18.95–$24.95 applies to oversized items.

    • Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping.

    • At this time, golf bags, clubs, and push carts cannot be shipped internationally.

    • For international shipping quotes on oversized items, please contact us directly.


    Processing & Delivery

    Order Processing Time: 24-48 Hours

    All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise stated. This includes the time needed to process, package, and ship your items.
    The processing time for each item is listed as “Availability” on the product page and may vary depending on the manufacturer’s warehouse. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (ET) will be processed the following business day.


    Domestic Transit & Delivery Time: 3-5 Business Days

    Once your order leaves the warehouse, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. The transit time begins when the carrier picks up your package. This time frame depends on the distance between the warehouse and the delivery address.
    Please note, delivery carriers operate Monday through Friday.


    Delivery Delays

    Golf4Her.com is not responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Estimated delivery dates provided are based on the carrier’s estimates, which may change.


    Delivery Issues

    Golf4Her.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items once the package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). We cannot offer replacements or refunds for packages that are reported as delivered but are lost or stolen.
    If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

    • Checking with neighbors or others in your household to see if the package was accidentally received.

    • Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim:

    International Shipping

    Shipping Time: 5-7 Business Days

    Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days for international deliveries.
    To view shipping rates, simply add items to your cart, go to View Cart, and select your country from the dropdown box.
    Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email.


    Exclusions & Shipping Quotes

    Due to rising shipping costs, golf bags, clubs, and push carts are excluded from international shipping without obtaining a shipping quote first. Please contact us for more information before placing an order for these items.


    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    Golf4Her is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred upon entering a foreign country. All international shipments are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the laws of the destination country.

    The customer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
    Prior to delivery, UPS will email the customer with a request to pay these charges via credit card. Golf4Her cannot calculate these fees during checkout. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.


    Refused Deliveries

    If the customer refuses the shipment upon delivery, they will be responsible for all return duties, taxes, and shipping fees. These charges will either be deducted from the refund or billed to the customer’s payment method.

    Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable, even if the delivery is refused. Additionally, if the order is refused, the customer will be responsible for any extra duties, taxes, and both original and return shipping fees.


    Customs Declarations

    Golf4Her is legally required to include accurate customs declarations on all international packages. We are unable to report incorrect values or declare packages as “gifts.”
    Please do not ask for changes to the declared values.
