  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (ET) will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders are not shipped Friday after 3pm, Saturday or Sunday. 
  • Adidas and Puma items are excluded from expedited shipping. 

Express (1-Day) Delivery

  • Orders ship from multiple warehouses nationwide. As a result, 1-Day Express delivery may not always be available.

INTERNATIONAL

CANADA:

  • FREE on orders $250 USD
  • $24.95 flat rate for orders under $250

- Duties and tariffs may apply depending on the item’s category and country of origin.
- You may be charged GST (5%) or HST (up to 15%) based on your province.
- Canada’s duty-free threshold is only CAD $20, so most orders will incur taxes and/or duties.
- These charges are collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the Canadian government, prior to delivery. You will receive an email from UPS prior to delivery. 
- No UPS brokerage fees.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

  • FREE on orders $350 USD
  • $45.95 flat rate for orders under $350

- No tariffs on most orders under AUD $1,000 (~USD $650–700 depending on exchange rates)
- A 10% GST may apply to your order, even for low-value shipments.
- Orders over AUD $1,000 may be subject to customs clearance and duties.
- GST may be collected by UPS prior to delivery via email.

ALL OTHER LOCATIONS

  • Live UPS shipping rates based on weight of the order.

  • Please check with local customs office for information on local tariffs, duties and taxes.

What You Need to Know

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
  • If you refuse to pay customs fees and the order is returned, the actually international shipping cost is deducted from your refund. 
  • Please check with your local customs office to estimate possible import costs.

Why do I have to pay for shipping?

We totally understand that shipping costs can be frustrating. Unfortunately, these rates are set by the carriers, and as a small business, we don’t receive the same bulk discounts that large retailers like Amazon do. Which why most retailers have a 'Free Shipping Threshold' to receive the free shipping.

When we offer free shipping, that cost comes directly out of our margins, which can make it difficult for us to keep prices fair and continue supporting the brands and causes we love. We wish we could offer free shipping all the time, but as a small independent retailer, it’s just not sustainable. 


Oversized Item Surcharge (Golf Bags & Push Carts)

  • A flat-rate shipping surcharge of $18.95–$24.95 may apply to oversized items.
  • Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping.
  • At this time, golf bags, clubs, and push carts cannot be shipped internationally.
  • For international shipping quotes on oversized items, please contact us directly.

Delivery Delays

  • Golf4Her.com is not responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
  • Estimated delivery dates provided are based on the carrier’s estimates, which may change.

Delivery Issues

Golf4Her.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items once the package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). We cannot offer replacements or refunds for packages that are reported as delivered but are lost or stolen.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or others in your household to see if the package was accidentally received.

  • Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim:

International Shipping

  • Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days for international deliveries.
  • To view shipping rates, simply add items to your cart, go to View Cart, and select your country from the dropdown box.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email.
    International orders will receive a notification to pre-pay any duties and taxes before delivery.

Exclusions & Shipping Quotes

  • Due to rising shipping costs, golf bags, clubs, and push carts are excluded from international shipping without obtaining a shipping quote first. Please contact us for more information before placing an order for these items.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Golf4Her is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred upon entering a foreign country. All international shipments are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
  • The customer is responsible for paying all duties, and taxes.
  • Prior to delivery, UPS will email the customer with a request to pay these charges via credit card. Golf4Her cannot calculate these fees during checkout. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Refused Deliveries

  • If the customer refuses the shipment upon delivery, they will be responsible for all return duties, taxes, and shipping fees. These charges will either be deducted from the refund or billed to the customer’s payment method.
  • Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable, even if the delivery is refused. Additionally, if the order is refused, the customer will be responsible for any extra duties, taxes, and both original and return shipping fees.

Customs Declarations

  • Golf4Her is legally required to include accurate customs declarations on all international packages. We are unable to report incorrect values or declare packages as “gifts.”
    Please do not ask for changes to the declared values.
