We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Sale items may be returned within 14 days for store credit only.
  • Return labels are not provided for sale items.
  • Final Sale items (marked with prices ending in $0.99) are non-returnable.

Please Note: All returns must be sent directly to Golf4Her, even if your order shipped from a manufacturer or arrived in multiple packages. Sending items elsewhere may delay your refund or exchange.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Before you begin:

  • One return label is issued per order number. Please wait until all items in your order have arrived before initiating your return.
  • If you begin the return before all items arrive, additional labels will incur a fee.
  • Guest checkouts are not eligible for return labels. You will be responsible for the return shipping.

Steps:

  1. Log into your Golf4Her account.
  2. Locate the order and click "Return Items".
  3. Select the quantity, reason, and return action.
  4. If requesting a return label, allow up to 24 hours for approval and delivery to your inbox.

Oversized items like golf bags and push carts are not eligible for free or prepaid return labels.

Please allow one billing cycle for refunds to appear on your statement. Store Credits will be available within 24 hours of your item being returned.

1. What is the return period?
Regular-priced items: 30 days from delivery
Sale items: 14 days from delivery

2. Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Sale items can be returned for store credit only, within 14 days. Shipping is your responsibility. Once the item is received, you will receive notification that your store credit is available so you can use it to place a new order. 

3. Can I return a Final Sale item?
No. Items ending in $0.99 are Final Sale. Returned items will be donated, and no credit or refund will be issued.

4. How do I return for a refund?
Ship the item to our returns address.
To request a convenience return label, use the Self-Service Portal above.
A fee of $9.95 (or $12.95 for shoes) will be deducted from your refund.
Labels are not provided for oversized items.

5. How do I request an exchange?
Use the Self-Service Portal for regular-priced items and specify your new size or color. A complimentary return label will be issued. For faster service, especially during peak times, place a new order right away.

6. Do I need to return the free gift I received with purchase?
Yes, if returning items brings your order total below the gift threshold. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

7. What if the item I want for an exchange is sold out?
Let us know—we’ll check availability or offer alternatives.

8. How do I return/exchange a gift?
Contact our Customer Concierge Team. We’ll issue a prepaid return label and provide a store credit e-gift certificate once the return is processed. Have the order number or purchaser’s name and address handy.
The purchaser will only be notified if you request the refund go to them.


International Returns & Exchanges

  • No free return shipping for international orders.

  • To exchange, place a new order for the desired item.

  • Clearly mark packages as “Return of no commercial value” for U.S. customs.

  • Returns sent COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.

  • We recommend using insured shipping with signature confirmation.

  • Shipping and duty fees are non-refundable.

  • If a package is refused and returned, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.


Important Return Guidelines

  • All returns must go to Golf4Her.

  • Personalized or custom embroidered items (e.g., team logos, monograms) are non-returnable.

  • Custom-length B-Skinz skorts may be returned, but the $10 customization fee is non-refundable.

  • Returned items must be:

    • New, unworn, and in resellable condition

    • Free of makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, pet hair, perfume, or smoke

    • With original tags, packaging, paperwork, and accessories (e.g., undershorts)

Items not meeting these standards will be returned to sender.
No exceptions.
