We want you to love every piece you order from Golf4Her. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy to exchange or return.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return or exchange through our Return Portal.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Refunds – Please ship your items to the Golf4Her Returns Department (address below) using the carrier of your choice. If you’d like us to provide a prepaid return label, a flat $10.00 postage fee ($12.95 for shoes) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges – Exchanges are free. Simply select “Exchange” in the portal and we’ll send you a return label.

Store Credit – Prefer store credit? Choose that option and we’ll waive the return shipping fee and send you a return label.
Note: Only one prepaid label per order is issued, so please wait unti you have received all of your items and return in a single package.
Sale & Final Sale Items
We understand that sometimes a good deal deserves a little flexibility.
Here’s how sale purchases are handled:

Sale items (usually up to 50% off) – Can be exchanged for another size or color, or returned for store credit. Prices ending in cents reflect the discount percentage. For example, $100.30 indicates 30% off.

Final sale items (>50% off or more endings in $0.99) – Are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. For example, $100.99 indicates Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Custom, Personalized & Special Orders
- Custom, monogrammed, made-to-order and custom outing/event gifting orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Golf bags and push-carts are excluded from free returns and exchanges.
Gift Returns
If you received a gift purchased from Golf4Her, we’re happy to issue store credit in your name. Just use the order number or purchaser’s email in our return portal.
International Returns
International orders may be returned within 30 days at your own shipping cost. Duties and taxes are non-refundable, and prepaid labels are not provided for international shipments
Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 -14 business days after your return reaches our warehouse for inspection and refund or exchange processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once everything is complete.

Allow one business day for approval. Your prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

Print the USPS label and place your package out with your regular mail pickup. No need to visit the post office.

If you don’t see the label in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder, it’s likely waiting there.

Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our Return Portal and enter email address used at checkout. You’ll be guided through each step to choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Refunds to your original payment method have a flat $10 return postage fee ($12.95 for shoes) deducted.
If you choose store credit or an exchange, return shipping is on us.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Sale items (up to 50% off) can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Items discounted 50% or more are marked Final Sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange?
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10-14 business days (Mon-Fri) for inspection and processing.
You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your refund, store credit, or exchange is complete.
Can I exchange a gift?
Absolutely. If you received a gift from Golf4Her, we’re happy to issue a store credit under your name.
Just use the order number or purchaser’s email when starting the process in our Return Portal.
Can I make multiple returns from the same order?
We issue one prepaid label per order. If you’re returning multiple items, please include them all in a single package to avoid additional fees.
Do you offer international returns?
International customers may return items within 30 days using their own carrier.
Duties, taxes, and original shipping costs are non-refundable, and prepaid labels are not available.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please email helpdesk@golf4her.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of it right away.
Can I return an item in Denville?
Online and special orders placed in-store and shipped to your home follow the same online return policy outlined above. You’re also welcome to bring these items to our Denville Showroom for return or exchange during regular business hours.
Sale items purchased in our Denville Showroom are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Online
