We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, items may be returned or exchanged. All items must be returned directly to Golf4Her, even if your order arrived in multiple packages. Sending items elsewhere may delay your refund or exchange.
- Items can be returned within 30-day of delivery for a refund
- Sale items will be refuned back as store credit only
- Final Sale items (marked with prices ending in $0.99) are non-returnable.
Need A Return Label?
One (1) return label is issued per order number, so please wait until all items in your order have arrived before initiating your return, otherwise you will encur a shipping fee for all subsrquent labels provided.
- Returns are free if you make an even exchange or request store credit (domestic only)
- If you want to return for a refund, you can request a label and the $9.95 postage will be deducted from your refund ($12.95 for shoes)
- If you prefer to return on your own, please ship all items to the address below.
Steps:
- Log into your Golf4Her account
- Locate the order and click "Return Items".
- Select the quantity, reason, and return action.
- If requesting a return label, allow up to 24 hours to approve and email you the return label.
- If you have not received your USPS return label, check your Spam folder - it's probably in there!
- Simply print the USPS label and put your package out with your regular mail. There is no need to make a trip to the post office.
- Once your package is received and processed, your refund will be issued back to the original order. Please allow 1-billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

2. Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Return labels are not provided for sale item. Once the item is received, you will receive notification that your store credit is available so you can use it to place a new order.
3. Can I return a Final Sale item?
No. Items ending in $0.99 are Final Sale. Returned items will be donated, and no credit or refund will be issued.
4. How do I return for a refund?
Ship the item to our returns address.
To request a convenience return label, use the Self-Service Portal above.
A fee of $9.95 (or $12.95 for shoes) will be deducted from your refund.
Labels are not provided for oversized items.
5. How do I request an exchange?
Use the Self-Service Portal for regular-priced items and specify your new size or color. A complimentary return label will be issued. For faster service, especially during peak times, place a new order right away.
6. Do I need to return the free gift I received with purchase?
Yes, if returning items brings your order total below the gift threshold. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
7. What if the item I want for an exchange is sold out?
Let us know—we’ll check availability or offer alternatives.
8. How do I return/exchange a gift?
Contact our Customer Concierge Team. We’ll issue a prepaid return label and provide a store credit e-gift certificate once the return is processed. Have the order number or purchaser’s name and address handy.
The purchaser will only be notified if you request the refund go to them.

Clearly mark packages as “Return of no commercial value” for U.S. customs.

Returns sent COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
