2025 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

You’re welcome to return items from our holiday promotions. Any refunds will reflect the price you paid after the promotional discount was applied.

Items purchased between November 24 - December 24 qualify for extended returns, and can be returned until January 24, 2026. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. 

Buy More Save More

For tiered Buy More Save More and Bundles, if returning an item brings your purchase below the original discount level, the savings will be adjusted. The items you keep will reflect the correct discount tier and your refund will be updated accordingly. Returning for store credit will not adjust the savings. 

This helps us keep the offer fair for everyone while still giving you the flexibility to return what doesn’t work out.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color of the same item, we’re happy to honor your original promotional price. Just reach out and we’ll take care of it. Exchanges cannot be made with for new item. 

Sale & Final Sale items

Some doorbusters or special markdowns may be marked as final sale. These pieces can’t be returned or exchanged, so double check your cart before completing your order. Otherwise, sale items are refunded back as store credit. No exceptions.
