  1. Create/Log into your account - click here
  2. Add your favorite items into your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, you can select shipping options, enter payment information, and add billing and shipping addresses. You can also review your order before it's final.
  3. Within a few moments, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account. 
  4. Item on backorder? Sometimes items are not available at the time you want to purchase them. It happens. If an item in your order is on backorder, you will receive a notification with an approximate ship date. Please note these dates are subject to change. If they do, we send you an email notification. All back-ordered items ship via standard delivery.
  5. Your order may arrive in multiple packages, therefore, you will receive an email with tracking number for each package heading your way.

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down on the website within 24 hours of your order date, unless otherwise noted in the terms of the promotion or sale. Items purchased using a promotion code or other discount aren't eligible for a price adjustment. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, the adjustment will not be authorized. NOTE: "Final sale" items are not eligible for a price adjustment.
We no not offer Price Matching. 
Packages will ship from the Golf4Her warehouse in Denville, NJ or the warehouse of one of our suppliers. Each warehouse uses either, FedEx, UPS or USPS. Click here to view Shipping Rates + Delivery Time. 
We're happy to help you return or exchange your purchase. You have up to 30-days from delivery to return your merchandise for a full refund. Click here to view our Return Policy and Instructions. 
  • Golf4Her ships to locations within the United States, Canada and Mexico. But if you are located outside of our standard shipping areas and you see items on our site, contact us for a quote at and we will do our best to ship the item(s) to you. Golf4Her uses USPS international services, which is available to 190 countries and territories worldwide. Prices are based on weight, size and distance. The free shipping promotion is not available for international orders at this time.

  • Shipping Rates - All international orders will ship from our Denville, NJ warehouse via USPS International Priority. Rate is based on the total weight of the package. An additional 7 business days may be required to package and ship orders to Canada, Australia, and other international destinations. 

  • Duties and taxes on international orders Yes. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Golf4Her cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment. Please note that we are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as or report incorrect values.

  • If you placed an order at prior to September 20, 2018, your user name and password is the same.
  • All of your order history is available for the last 24 month.
  • If you saved a credit card in your account, that information did not transfer (for security purposes); therefore, you will have to enter your credit card information the next time you place an order. 
  • Your store credit has been applied to your account. To use it, sign into your account, add items to your shopping cart and head over to the checkout page. Your store credit will automatically be deducted from your order.
