Returns & Exchange Policy


We hope you love what you ordered. But sometimes it's a little too big or the style just isn't what you expected. We will be happy to send you a new size, color, or style, or issue a full refund. Please review the Terms and Conditions below.

Terms + Conditions

  • You have up to 30 days from delivery to return your merchandise for a full refund.
  • Merchandise should be returned to Golf4Her (not the manufacturer who shipped it.) Items returned to the wrong location will incur a $10 restocking fees.
  • Items ending in ($.99) are final sale and cannot be returned. No exceptions. 
  • Items returned after 30 days will be issued as store credit.
  • Items returned after 90 days will not be accepted and returned to sender.
  • Use caution when trying on merchandise. Items returned damaged or not suitable for re-sale will not be refunded. This includes items returned with make-up, deodorant, perfume odor and tanning cream stains. No exceptions. 
  • Items must be in their original, new and unused condition along with the original packaging, paperwork, accessories and tags attached. Items returned that appear to have been worn, without tags or not suitable for re-sale will not be refunded. No exceptions. 
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
  • Golf bags, shoes or golf clubs do not qualify for free return/exchange shipping.
  • Free return shipping is not valid on international orders.
  • If you refuse your package, a 50% restock fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping will not be refunded on refused packages.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
  • If Golf4Her MyRewards credit(s) were used, points will not be reissued to your account.
  • International orders and order shipping to/from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are excluded from free shipping and returns. 


We offer free return shipping when you make an exchange or request store creditIf you are returning merchandise for a refund, see instructions below.

  • Only one (1) USPS Pre-Paid shipping label will be provided per order history; therefore, wait until you have tried on all of your merchandise before deciding what items you are sending back.
  • You will receive a pre-paid USPS shipping label and Packing Slip via email within 1-business day of submitting your Exchange Request.
  • Be sure to provide a credit card in your Exchange Request so we can ship your new merchandise right away. We suggest doing so since many items sell out fast and we cannot guarantee your new merchandise will still be available once your return in processed through our Returns Department.
  • Your exchange item will be sent via standard domestic ground delivery (7-10 business days). Cost for expedited shipping will be paid by the customer.
  • Your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 14-business days from it being received by our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, this will vary by the credit card issuing bank.
  • Store Credit will be applied to your account and automatically deducted from your next order.
  • In the event the item you are returning is sold out after you have been provided a pre-paid label, and you do not wish to select an alternative item, the return shipping postage will be deducted from your refund.

If you are unable to print the Return Form, simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip and include with your merchandise. Customer is responsible for return shipping postage if returning for a refund. We strongly suggest using a credible and trackable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx (USPS offers the lowest rates.) Golf4Her is not responsible for missing packages being returned to us and does not insure the contents of any returned packages.

Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, this will vary by the credit card issuing bank.


To return/exchange a gift, CLICK HERE to download and print the Return Form (.PDF). All merchandise should be shipped to the Golf4Her Returns Department. When the merchandise arrives, you will receive an email from us with your Store Credit.

    • Include your name and email in the Comment Field on the Return Form.
    • If you do not have the order number, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund.
    • Gift Returns do not qualify for free return shipping.
    • Items returned without an order number/receipt will be issued store credit at the lowest sale price.


If you live or work close to our Denville, New Jersey Showroom, you are more than welcome to come by and return/exchange your merchandise. One of our Customer Concierge Team Members will be happy to help you.  Showroom is open to the public Monday-Friday; 10am-4pm.

Customer are financial responsibility to ship back the unwanted item originating outside the United States.

  • International order do not qualify for Free shipping on exchanges. This includes Hawaii and Alaska. 
  • Items should be marked Returns of no commercial value for entry to the USA.
  • Returns will not be accepted by if shipped COD (cash on delivery).
  • It is recommended that packages are shipped insured and with signature required as the package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the returns department.
  • Please be sure all items being sent back to are new, unworn and with tags attached in original packaging. Failure to do so will result in a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee.
  • Credit will not be issued on any shipping or duty fees incurred for either the outgoing shipment or incoming shipment. This is the financial responsibility of the customer.
  • Refused packages will not be accepted and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

MyRewards or Promotional Gift Cards

If you used a promotional gift card or redeemed MyRewards Points and you need to return items in the order it was used in, your refund will be reduced by a weighted percentage of the gift coupon based on the total purchase price of the products in your order. After a Participant has redeemed MyRewards credits or promotional gift amount, the Participant will not be able to exchange, refund or return the credits for redeposit in the Participant's account. If you received a promotional coupon or gift card from Golf4Her, it cannot be used to purchase gift cards, has no cash value and is not redeemable or returnable for cash. The Bonus coupon cannot be used with a Golf4Her employee discount. We will not replace promotional coupon or gift cards that are lost, stolen or damaged. Use of this Golf4Her bonus gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
