RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love what you ordered. But sometimes it's a little too big or the style just isn't what you expected. We will be happy to send you a new size, color, or style, or issue a full refund. Please review the Terms and Conditions below.

Terms & Conditions

  • Merchandise returns will be accepted within 30 days from delivery.
  • Final sale items ($0.99) cannot be returned. 
  • Return merchandise to Golf4Her (not the manufacturer). Items returned to the manufacturer will be issued as store credit.
  • Items returned after 30 days will be issued as store credit.
  • Items returned after 90 days will not be accepted and returned to sender.
  • Use caution when trying on merchandise. Items returned damaged or not suitable for re-sale will result in a non-negotiable 50% restocking fee. This includes items returned with make-up or tanning cream stains.
  • Items must be in their original, new and unused condition along with the original packaging, paperwork, accessories and sales tags attached. Failure to do so will result in a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
  • Golf bags, shoes or golf clubs do not qualify for free return/exchange shipping.
  • Free return shipping is not valid on international orders.
  • If you refuse your package, a 50% restock fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping will not be refunded on refused packages.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
  • If Golf4Her MyRewards credit(s) were used, points will not be reissued to your account.
  • It may take up to 30 business days to process your return and credit your original form of tender
  • You will be notified if your returned item does not qualify for a 100% refund.

  • Only one USPS Pre-Paid shipping label will be provided per order history; therefore, wait until you have tried on all of your merchandise before deciding what items you are sending back.
  • You will receive a pre-paid USPS shipping label and Packing Slip via email within 1-business day of submitting your Exchange Request.
  • Be sure to provide a credit card in your Exchange Request so we can ship your new merchandise right away. We suggest doing so since many items sell out fast and we cannot guarantee your new merchandise will still be available once your return in processed through our Returns Department.
  • Your exchange item will be sent via standard domestic ground delivery (7-10 business days). Cost for expedited shipping will be paid by the customer.
  • Your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 30-business days from it being received by our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, this will vary by the credit card issuing bank.
  • Store Credit will be applied to your account and automatically deducted from your next order.
  • In the event the item you are returning is sold out after you have been provided a pre-paid label, and you do not wish to select an alternative item, the return shipping postage will be deducted from your refund.

If you are unable to print the Return Form, simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip and include with your merchandise. All merchandise should be returned to Golf4Her Returns Department (not the warehouse that shipped it):

We strongly suggest using a credible and trackable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Golf4Her is not responsible for missing packages being returned to us and does not insure the contents of any returned packages. Refunds will be issued within 30-business days in the form of original payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, this will vary by the credit card issuing bank.

NEED TO RETURN A GIFT?

To return/exchange a gift, CLICK HERE to download and print the Return Form (.PDF). All merchandise should be shipped to the Golf4Her Returns Department. When the merchandise arrives, you will receive an email from us with your Store Credit.

    • Include your name and email in the Comment Field on the Return Form.
    • If you do not have the order number, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund.
    • Gift Returns do not qualify for free return shipping.
    • Items returned without an order number/receipt will be issued store credit at the lowest sale price.

If you prefer to return or exchange your purchase at our Denville Showroom, one of our Customer Concierge Team Members will be happy to help you. Showroom is open to the public Monday-Friday; 10am-4pm.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted at the Golf4Her Pop-Up Shop at Anchor Golf Center.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer are financial responsibility to ship back the unwanted item originating outside the United States.

  • International order do not qualify for Free shipping on exchanges.
  • Items should be marked Returns of no commercial value for entry to the USA.
  • Returns will not be accepted by Golf4Her.com if shipped COD (cash on delivery).
  • It is recommended that packages are shipped insured and with signature required as the package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the returns department.
  • Please be sure all items being sent back to Golf4Her.com are new, unworn and with tags attached in original packaging. Failure to do so will result in a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee.
  • Credit will not be issued on any shipping or duty fees incurred for either the outgoing shipment or incoming shipment. This is the financial responsibility of the customer.
  • Refused packages will not be accepted and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

MyRewards or Promotional Gift Cards

If you used a promotional gift card or redeemed MyRewards Points and you need to return items in the order it was used in, your refund will be reduced by a weighted percentage of the gift coupon based on the total purchase price of the products in your order. After a Participant has redeemed MyRewards credits or promotional gift amount, the Participant will not be able to exchange, refund or return the credits for redeposit in the Participant's account. If you received a promotional coupon or gift card from Golf4Her, it cannot be used to purchase gift cards, has no cash value and is not redeemable or returnable for cash. The Bonus coupon cannot be used with a Golf4Her employee discount. We will not replace promotional coupon or gift cards that are lost, stolen or damaged. Use of this Golf4Her bonus gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
