Return & Exchange Policy


Orders placed between November 15 - December 15, can be returned for full refund through January 15, 2016. All merchandise must be returned to Golf4Her and not back the manufacturer. Our team will facilitate your return and/or exchange and are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, not that of the manufacturer. Items returned directly to the manufacturer will be issued as store credit only.

  • Free Return Shipping on Exchanges
    We will provide you with a pre-paid USPS shipping label. All you have to do is print it, tape it to your package and put it out with your regular mail. Valid on domestic orders only. Only one (1) pre-paid shipping label per order.
  • Free Return Shipping when you request Store Credit
    Store credit can be used at any time, it never expires. It will be there when you are ready. Refunds exclude original shipping charges paid by customer. Valid on domestic orders only. Only one (1) pre-paid shipping label per order. Note, purchase made with store credit that are then returned will be issued as store credit.
  • Return For Refund
    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your package, we will issue you a full refund of your item in the original form of payment. MyReward Points associated with the purchase will be deducted from your account if you do choose a refund option.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

  • Holiday Return Policy - Orders placed between November 15 - December 15 qualify for extended Holiday Returns. Items purchased between these dates can be returned for a full refund (not including shipping) with a postmark by January 15, 2016.
  • Store credit is issued for items returned after 30 days.
  • Items returned after 3 months will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Did you receive multiple package?

  • If you received multiple packages, please wait until you have received all items to request your Return Authorization (RMA) and USPS return shipping label. Only one (1) pre-paid shipping label will be provided per order. Return/Exchange must be of equal or greater value.

Terms & Conditions for Free Return Shipping:

  • Only one (1) pre-paid shipping label will be provided per order history.
  • Customer will be responsible for all shipping cost after the first USPS shipping label was provided.
  • If additional returns and exchange need to be made, customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.
  • Golf bags, shoes or golf clubs do not qualify for free return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Your exchange item will be sent via standard domestic ground delivery (7-10 business days). Cost for expedited shipping will be paid by the customer. See Shipping Methods & Rates.
  • Not valid on international orders.
  • In the event you ship your exchange item back to us using the provided USPS shipping label we provided and decided not to exchange the item or declined want store credit, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • To expedite the shipping of your exchange, a credit card will be requested to process your exchange. Your card will not be charged unless you decide not to return the item.Please note, during golf season, items sell out fast. We suggest providing a credit card for your exchange to ensure your item will be available,


Step 1:

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number -
  • You will received a RMA number via Email within 24 hours (during regular business hours)
  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without it.
  • If your order arrives without an RMA number, store credit will be issued. - No exceptions.
  • If your order is returned to the manufacturer, store credit will be issued. - No exceptions.

Step 2:

Ship items back to Golf4Her

  • Package the items and include a copy of the packing slip/invoice provided by our team.
  • Write the RMA# on the outside of the box
  • If you are not making an exchange and have not received a pre-paid shipping label, please send your package to our fulfillment center at (not the manufacturer):

    We strongly suggest using a credible and trackable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. We recommend shipping via United States Postal Service, Priority 2-3 day delivery. It is the most cost effective method. Golf4Her is not responsible for missing packages being returned to us and does not insure the contents of any returned packages.

    Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), please allow 30 business days for your refund to be processed. Refund will be applied to the original method of payment . Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Items that you return or exchange must be in their original, new and unused condition along with the original packaging, paperwork, accessories and sales tags. Therefore, use caution when opening your items in the case you need to make a return/exchange.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You will be notified if your returned item does not qualify for a 100% refund.
  • If item is returned damaged or not suitable for re-sale a refund will not be issued.
  • If Golf4Her MyRewards credit(s) were used, points will not be reissued to your account.
  • It may take up to 30 business days to process your return and credit your original form of tender.
  • Items ending in $0.99 are final sale items and cannot be returned.
  • Some restrictions apply.

MyRewards or Promotional Gift Card Refund Policy

If you used a promotional gift card or redeemed MyRewards Points and you need to return items in the order it was used in, your refund will be reduced by a weighted percentage of the gift coupon based on the total purchase price of the products in your order. After a Participant has redeemed MyRewards credits or promotional gift amount, the Participant will not be able to exchange, refund or return the credits for redeposit in the Participant's account. If you received a promotional coupon or gift card from Golf4Her, it cannot be used to purchase gift cards, has no cash value and is not redeemable or returnable for cash. The Bonus coupon cannot be used with a Golf4Her employee discount. We will not replace promotional coupon or gift cards that are lost, stolen or damaged. Use of this Golf4Her bonus gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
